Refund policy

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beesbloom26@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns on used products due to the nature of handcrafted goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
